Adopting Project Management tools and techniques used by consultants for decades, Cloud City Building provide transparent clarity in everything we do. This clarity maximises your control of the project ensuring value is achieved at each stage of the works whilst minimising potential for scope gaps and costly variations.
We adopt a 5 stage approach to your project as detailed below:
(1). FEASIBILITY - We will assign you a Cloud City Building Project Manager, (PM), to help assess your needs and project goals, develop draft proposals and a high-level estimate to help you make the decision of whether to progress the project or not.
(2). DETAILED DESIGN - Development of Statutory plans, Detailed Estimate and project Programme. [Armed with this documentation you will have better control of your budget and spend profile. Also, our industry standard estimate provides a benchmark against which sub-contract packages can be assessed].
(3). TENDERING - The various work packages, (identified within the Detailed Estimate stage 2), are tendered to a minimum of 2 sub-contractors. This action strives to achieve Value for Money.
(4). WORK ON SITE - We will manage the day to day works on site whilst providing you with weekly e-mail updates. All communication regarding your project is conveniently channelled through your Cloud City Building PM ensuring minimum stress and disruption to your daily life.
(5). SNAGGING / CLOSE-OUT - As the project nears completion your Cloud City Building PM will collate all necessary handover information/manuals electronically and arrange for a snagging inspection. Thereafter, a time period will be agreed to close-out any snags and hand the site back to you.

For example if you already have architectural drawings and need to understand what your build project will cost, we can provide a full cost Estimate breakdown of each element of the job so that you can manage your budget before going to talk to building contractors.
